Integrative Naturopath
Your gut symptoms have answers.
Let's find yours.
I am a gut health naturopath specialising in IBS, bloating, constipation, and IBD — combining evidence-based science with personalised, whole-person care.
Conditions treated
Conditions I treat
From IBS and IBD to chronic constipation and bloating — I investigate the root causes of your digestive symptoms and builds a protocol that works for your body.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Unpredictable bowel habits, cramping, and discomfort that disrupt daily life. I identify your specific triggers and builds a targeted integrative treatment for IBS.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Evidence-informed complementary naturopathic support for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, alongside your gastroenterologist and medical team. Any changes to prescription medicines remain with your prescribing clinician.
Chronic Constipation
Constipation can affect day-to-day wellbeing. Where clinically appropriate, gut microbiome testing may help inform a personalised plan alongside a thorough health assessment.
Bloating & Digestive Discomfort
Persistent bloating often signals deeper imbalances. I take a systematic approach to identify and address the specific drivers of your symptoms — naturally.
Treatments & services
How I treat gut health
Every treatment plan is built around you — combining the best of naturopathic medicine, functional testing, and evidence-based nutrition to improve your gut health from the inside out.
Functional Gut Testing
I use advanced functional testing — including microbiome analysis, SIBO breath tests, and comprehensive stool testing — to uncover what's really driving your symptoms. Understanding your gut microbiome is key to lasting improvement.
Testing gives us objective data, not guesswork.
Personalised Herbal Medicine
Targeted herbal formulas are prescribed based on your individual presentation — addressing inflammation, motility, gut lining integrity, and microbial balance. Natural treatment for bloating and IBS, tailored to you.
Evidence-based botanical medicine tailored to you.
Therapeutic Nutrition
Dietary strategies — including low-FODMAP, anti-inflammatory, and elimination protocols — are used strategically to identify triggers and support healing. Learn how to improve gut health through food, not just restriction.
Food as medicine, not restriction for its own sake.
Gut-Brain Axis Support
The connection between your gut and nervous system is central to conditions like IBS. I address stress physiology, sleep, and nervous system regulation as part of every protocol.
Whole-person care that treats the root, not just the gut.
Targeted Supplementation
Evidence-based supplements — including the best probiotics for bloating, digestive enzymes, and mucosal support nutrients — are prescribed only when indicated and at therapeutic doses.
No generic protocols. Only what your body needs.
Collaborative Care
I work alongside your GP, gastroenterologist, and other health practitioners — sharing clinical notes and ensuring your care is coordinated and safe.
Integrative medicine that complements, not competes.
Hijama Therapy for Women
Hijama is available for women only, following an individual assessment and informed consent process. It is offered as part of a personalised wellbeing approach and does not replace medical care.
Women-only care, with suitability assessed individually.

I recently had a hijama session here and had such a great experience. The practitioner was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything before starting the treatment, which made me feel really comfortable and at ease. The space was clean, calm, and very welcoming. She was also very attentive during the session and made sure I was okay the whole time. I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to try hijama or looking for a skilled and trustworthy practitioner. I'll definitely be coming back!
